Ready Steady ... Yum!

When our friends Chris and Denise lived nearby many many years ago, we regularly had fun 'Ready Steady Cook' evenings. This week they have back to Scotland staying with us for the Games, so we resurrected our old 'tradition'. With the ingredients provided by the 'opposition', the men put together this Roasted Vegetable Spelt Risotto topped with Chevre Blanc and a nasturtium! It was delicious!!
The ladies produced what we called ' Raspberry and Passion fruit Chiffonier, served with homemade Lime and Vanilla Shortbread. Also yummy! Pity I am only allowed one blip!
