These shoes are made for running

But maybe not with me in them!!
Mr H and I have started doing a little jog walk jog around the common. Yesterday 1 round, today 1 and a half. 4 years time I will be competing in the commonwealth games!!
Enjoying watching the games.
Very sad to see pictures today of the pier on fire at Eastbourne yesterday. Can not believe it as I went in admired the beautiful ceiling on Monday and we walked all around it.
Had a cuppa with Mrs N today the last time before her trip to Canada.
