Cobbles at Flamborough
Went to the coast for a paddle and an ice cream this evening. The beach was nearly deserted, apparently it had been showery and cloudy all day at Flamborough.
Only three working boats left there now mainly catching crabs and salmon, not much cod and haddock in the North Sea now.
The life boat at Flamborough used to be launched down a really steep slipway with the crew on board, very dramatic. Sadly the life boat house is now a mini museum and a cafe!
