Rainbow cake

Grace is getting really into this baking thing. Tonight she tried making a rainbow cake. She needed help measuring ingredients and splitting the mixture equally for each colour, but did most the mixing and some of the icing herself.
Grandad (my dad) came for tea tonight too, which was nice.
Earlier we had lunch and the girls has a play date in the village with friends. The paddling pool came out and the kids' clothes were whipped off. Loads of fun!
