Stroopwafel lady

Today we cycled to the market specifically to buy fresh stroopwafels. We have had packaged ones from the supermarket but the lady on the 'stuff Dutch People Like' website said to try a fresh one so here we are. The fresh ones were huge! And very very tasty.

We also bought some broken bits and 3 gluten and lactose free versions.

We cycled back and my 'out of comfort zone' challenge today was to go in the kids' paddling pool. I did manage to sit in it, but I didn't manage to be completely submerged. Big enough challenge to be in a cossie! Lol
