Carnforth

Had a run up to Carnforth for a few hours to see the in-laws today as with Angus away they haven't seen Audrey in a few weeks. Audrey loved playing in their gorgeous new garden.

I was hormone-addled so probably wasn't the best day for me to be there but I survived despite being on the verge of tears and absolutely exhausted.

Been a rough week again. Had a big chat with Mum tonight that really helped. Am going to try and cut back on things that make me stressed (which just get exacerbated when my crazy hormones kick in). And give myself permission to feel rubbish. Hopefully this will stop some of my moaning on blip too!!!
