Back of the old council offices that used to be up on Waterloo Place; I remember hating delivering here, no one would ever answer the back door even if you could see them through the window and you knew that they knew you were there....

Black spray paint, single underline. It's been there a while; I speed past it on my bike to work when in the office; I tend to pant past it on the way home, slightly harder northward journey...!
