Coombe Hill again!

Not quite so early out with Ted today and very hot so once again we opted for the cool of the woods, this stretch towards Bacombe Lane is lined with gnarled beach trees with very mossy trunks.

Feeling okish today after the poisoning yesterday, just a bit whacked and thankfully no nausea........one day at a time!

Enjoying the Commonwealth games, all the home nations doing so well!
