Sailing

A welcome visit from my old friend Mrs Tittlemouse we went out to LlanfairPG and walked down to the Menai Straits where there was a yacht race in progress, the statue of Nelson looks like he is surveying the fleet.
we went into the village so Mrs T could take a photo of the WI which is an old corrugated iron hut, famous for being the first branch to open in Great Britain.

We then had a very pleasant afternoon strolling around the Hidden gardens of Cadnant near Beaumaris which I have visited a couple of times before, the flowers were blooming beautifully and there were plenty of bees & butterflies about.
