Pink and green.....

A day of pottering, baking (3 loaves and 4 rolls, some from a mix, some from scratch), reading, daydreaming.....

I was quite pleased with myself. I can't remember the last time I made 'real' bread, from scratch, with the whole waiting for the yeast to bubble and leaving it to prove for a couple of hours.

Dinner was leftover curry, which always tastes better a day later.
