Raspberry ricotta pancakes

When we had breakfast at a wee cafe in Sennen I had raspberry ricotta pancakes and said I would try and re create them when I got home.

I am quite chuffed with the result....they tasted really good.

So I give you.....Raspberry ricotta pancakes with berries, yoghurt and honey!!

ps the bits in the pancakes are raspberries not burnt bits!!!! :-))
