First night in Amsterdam

The plane was delayed by about half an hour today so in the end we didn’t get to the hotel until around half nine tonight. We dumped our stuff in our rooms and headed straight out as the four of us were really hungry.

It was about a ten minute walk to the place we fancied eating but sadly due to the delay we got there just as it was closing.

In the end we found a falafel place round the corner for Roz and I and a McDonalds for Maddy and Sally

After that we had time for a bit of a wander before heading back to the hotel. All the walking gave me a chance to get a quick blip of the Rijksmuseum.
