Jumping Shadow

Today is sporty Saturday, we go to the pool with the kids and swim a bit, i have been for a run this evening and the wife went for a run this morning. So to go along with the sporty theme i thought i'd get a picture of myself leaping into the air. It's quite tricky to get a photo of yourself jumping without a tripod, so i managed to get my shadow instead, as it was a pretty sunny day today.
