Empowered

Empowered. Today I was able to rise above my own chronic anxiety and be truly helpful to my friend and her daughter. I took control of a difficult set of circumstances with the authorities and was able to think clearly and logically, be supportive and an advocate and negotiated a better outcome for them. This morning she thought that the world was falling in on her and she had no say over what happened to them. By this evening things felt much brighter.

After I came home I got this text
"Hey beautiful, thank you so much for your help today..... you have no idea how grateful I am for your support and help.... I would of crumbled with out you today. You have made me feel strong again... Love and hugs ..."

Do you know what? It's made me feel strong again too.
