Stairway to heaven

This is not really a stairway, but it looks like a ladder to heaven.
I took this photo in a shopping centre (Forum) in Duisburg/Germany.
The ladder goes out of the roof and I took another photo of the top of this shopping centre, where you can see the ladder is coming out of the roof.
