View from the Window

Very weird! This hotel faces on to the main square in the nearest town to where I live. I only noticed today this new addition - a painted man, looking from a painted window on to the square below. Must be new since my sojourn to Spain. I don't know why they did it, but must admit they made rather an effective job of it.
