The slow walk to recovery

As the title suggests, I have to do everything very slowly at the moment.

Mum was my designated helper today and we visited the Marlborough Wednesday market and enjoyed a coffee in the sunshine at one of the numerous outdoor cafés.

Following a rejuvenating afternoon sleep!! I was driven to the surgery for a dressing review and then joined some friends for an aperitif - in my case, a cup of tea!
