All Go in Glasgow

Today I was in Glasgow to watch both the badminton and the netball.

Between the two, I got about 40 minutes in the Merchant City to just wander about and enjoy the atmosphere. Some mad make up artists (dressed in Marie Antoinette hooped skirts) were transforming willing Glaswegians like these two - perfectly happy to be photographed!!

It's odd. There's a massive sporting event going on but Glasgow feels more like one big festival!!
