Cooked by my own hands
Today we took part in a Chinese cooking course where we visited a market and then prepared a five course lunch which consisted of beer fish (famous local dish), chicken with cashew nuts, steamed stuffed vegetables, eggplant with soy and oyster sauce and green vegetables with garlic.
