BEATING THE HEAT

We stopped in the little town of Independence on the way home from the coast today. While it was very pleasant at the beach, it is in the high 90's in the valley. We had lunch at the deli, walked the dogs, and visited a couple thrift stores. I shot this lady and kids in the city fountain on the way out of town. The only picture I took all day. Glad it turned out.
