Dumpling Banquet

When in Xi'an eat what the locals eat - dumplings! Given the lack of English menus (or speaking staff) we opted for a banquet which served up fried, steamed and boiled dumplings - one of each flavour.

They were all absolutely delicious with incredible flavours and some quite surprising (a tomato salsa one).
