Held together with string

I did witness dawn this morning, but it wasn't very interesting due to a resolute bank of clouds obscuring the sun. In fact we only had a very short period when the sun peeped through a gap in the clouds at about 6 pm. Fortunately I was pointing the camera at something at the time, albeit not my usual subjects.

As a result you have a rickety old gate, which to my judgement would have probably fallen over had it not been for the string and rope holding it together.

Many thanks for all the kind comments from yesterday. I've just received an email to advise it has hit Spotlight (although it won't be there for long!).
