Space invaders...

So Blippers I need a bit of guidance here....

As anyone who follows my Blips can tell I spend quite some time on trains for one reason or another. The trains to places like Scarborough can be a bit of a 'challenge' this time of year so one needs to approach them with philosophic view but is this behaviour socially unacceptable?

There I was minding my own business when the guy in the seat in front did this and promptly fell asleep.

What is socially acceptable? A hand tickle? Hair pluck?

Suffice to say I did nothing on this occasion but guidance would be appreciated.....
