Coffee and Cakes

I've walked past this coffee shop run by Sally and Mark dozens of times but never had time to call in and sample their delicious cakes.

This afternoon I changed this and spent a pleasant half hour chatting to the locals.

Then took part in a TV interview by some budding film makers in Westminster.

After a hot half hour crossing London I am now sat in the sun with a cold drink at Regent's Canal.

Must remember I have a train to catch later this evening!
