Gooseberries Galore!

Our neighbour halloo-ed me today wondering if I wanted any gooseberries, and with the advice of my granny ringing in my ears, "refuse nowt but blows!", I hurried round with a carrier bag!

Found a Good Housekeeping recipe for Gooseberry and Elderflower Jam so made five jars of that and some very tangy gooseberry fool too. Not the most photogenic of fare, but it did taste lovely!
