A Good Start

My friend A was the marshall for some informal sail boat races on Lake Whatcom this evening, and he invited me to go along with him and his wife C for a picnic on the water.

It was beautiful on the lake and there were lots of boats out. Our charming vintage cedar runabout was rocking in the wakes, making photography challenging at times. We had to keep our beer bottles close at hand to avoid spillage!

It was a very enjoyable outing!
