Brie and bacon pasta.
Depressing run today, barely made it through a mile as my shins and knees were hurting. Ended up catching the train home :(
I ran too much last week, my mileage increased too much cos of running home from work, ended up going further than my training plan said to and now I am paying for it. Going to go on the bike in the gym for the rest of the week and then tackle the 16 miler on Monday. Feeling a bit better now I've eaten and am thinking more rationally, I was stressing earlier!
