New bike

My new mountain bike was ready for collection today. It's a Diamondback Apex 29er.

Much better to ride than my 20+ year old one. Took it out for a 5k ride on the way home down the trail to see what the suspension was like. Also got up a good speed.

Looking forward to getting out using it in the coming weeks training for the vet charity challenge I am taking part in at the end of September.
