Alan was really brave today. We went to see paediatrician in Kingston Hospital for consultation about his low haemoglobin level and mild anaemia as result.

We discussed his health and doctor commented on his well being as great, however when Helena's food intolerance was brought up as certain food intolerance including gluten and wheat, dairy plus other issues, he suggested we do another blood test for specific iron level + coeliac test as he thinks it might have to do with that.

Luckily we have been seen by a lovely nurse who took Al's blood sample, as soon as doctor finished with us Not a shiver, not a word, very brave boy.

On the way back home I stopped by grocery shop and got him his favourite Kinder Egg Surprise and all the pain was gone.
