Confetti Angel Food Cake

Heat oven to 180°C
Add cake mix and 300 mL of water into bowl
Mix on low speed for 30 seconds
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Immediately turn loaf pan on it's side until cake cools
Enjoy!

Why turn the loaf pan on it's side?
