Yah...another HOT Monday

I went for a 7.8km run in the morning....I didn't walk one step...I challenged myself to run the hills...a slower pace than I used to run, but I ran.
At 10am my South African friend who now lives in Germany came to visit...to collect the CD of wedding photo's I did for her sister in law and then to have a mini photo shoot with her little one...it was so much fun.
Later my daughter and I went to Fulda. She wanted to buy a few things for her upcoming trip to Spain...
