Twilight - Two Ducks and Perth City

Looks very droll and uninspiring for a city skyline but behind me there were people jogging, walking, cycling, going to cafes and enjoying the twilight along the South Perth foreshore.

There were three dolphins, a couple of pelicans and a small bird feeding frenzy going on - must have been a school of fish in the river.

On the CBD bank is the beginnings of the Elizabeth Quay marina with promises of restaurants, cafes and a new Carlton Ritz Hotel. Not sure what I think about this - currently it seems extravagant and I don't know if it will deliver what Perth needs!
