Labyrinthitis

Thanks to all my Blip-buddies for your good wishes and comments over the past few days. I managed to get an emergency appointment with my Doctor last night. I have been diagnosed with Labyrinthitis, but she says I will get through it as long as I keep following the thread! (One there for those with a classical education.) Seriously though, I've got some tablets to help eradicate the symptoms and I'm supposed to be taking 'bed rest'. Well that's not going to happen, but I am taking 'armchair rest' whilst watching The Commonwealth Games - so that should help. In the meantime, comments from me will be limited as I'm finding it difficult to focus on near objects without feeling dizzy, but hopefully normal service will be resumed quickly.
