Silhouettes

This is the time of the echinops in our garden - this year they are as stunning as ever, although I didn't stake them very well so they are collapsing a bit. This evening they were alive with bumbles bees and also a few wasps.
I got home from work in time for a walk with blue skies but clouds were gathering all evening.
