Reflections

The rain and thunder finally stopped "again". I knew there would be a rainbow. Sure enough, I looked out the window and there it was!
I jumped in my car to drive to a place I could get a clear shot. But, of course, by the time I got there, which was about 5 minutes, the rainbow was fading. I took a few shots, but they were nothing really to look at. I kept changing my lens to get a better shot. Just then, 2 huge blue herons landed on the railing, in front of me. I forgot that I had changed my lens, and did not have my good zoom on. I just started shooting, but realized I was also out of focus! I couldn't believe I missed this great shot.
When I turned to leave, this beautiful scene unfolded. It was a great ending to my little adventure!
