I was told some idiots at the council had decided it would be a good idea to hold a race so gridlock all around was the order of the day. Some of our public employees want putting up against the wall don't they? I would complain to my MP but he don't give a monkey's about plebs Jo Public when there might be a free lunch and a bit of publicity
