500 miles

I think I walked 500 miles and more today. Was in Glasgow to sample the buzz of the Commonwealth Games. I walked for a solid 6 hours and never sat down once! Was absolutly knackered when I came back home! Saw tons of people I knew some from ARgyll, some from the island others from Glasgow amazing! Loved the entire day. If this fantastic weather lasts till the end of the Games most of these people will likley return next year to see the rest of Scotland. Glasgow & its people have been fantastic ambassadors. Having a well earned dram now
