Alligator Sign for MonoMonday

Our area has many new housing developments and most have several ponds. This one is in the neighborhood adjacent to ours. The neighborhoods also have many drainage ditches and canals. The alligators seem to travel among the ponds and the neighborhoods by the drainage waterways. I did not see an alligator in this pond today, but the sign seems to be fair warning about who lives there. Yes, there are alligators in southeastern North Carolina.
