Nanttle Ridge

Looking back along the Nantlle Ridge, along a route which required no instructor and provoked no fear. It's been on my list for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. We didn't go as far as the last 2 peaks - they'll have to be done another time. The ridge is a delight and was not busy on a beautiful day in July. The route off the ridge involved a forest section - always entertaining in terms of navigation. We came out of the forest where planned. We did meet another walker who chose to go in the opposite direction but was heading for the same place. We didn't see him later - hopefully he finished his walk while we were in the pub and isn't still searching for a way out of the forest. .....
