Where do I start with this man? That he taught me much of what I know? Alongside Gavin Stamp and (although very difficult to perceive at the time but clearer now that twenty years are passed since I arrived at Glasgow School of Art) Isi Metzstein, David was a key formative influence. David Harper is without doubt one of London's most successful architects, leading one of London's most successful practices.
