One of the other whites

Out for lunch and a chance to count a few butterflies in a different location.

I was buzzed first by a couple of Meadow Browns, and then I saw this white, gently feeding on the pink flowers. I only had a few seconds to take shots, and then she shot off, fluttering away nicely. I've looked in the book and I think it's a Green-veined White.

There were other whites, but I think they were either of the little or large varieties.

Oh - and lunch was nice too, even though the country house hotel rather resembled the Marie Celeste :-)
