Up early, for a fantastic run from Whitley Bay to Tynemouth and back. (A tad over 6 miles)
The coast looked wonderful this morning, and having my new compact in the kitbag, meant the opportunity for this blip wasn't missed.

Went for a plodge afterwards, to cool down. Brrrrr !!!!
