Happiness

Happiness is...... Cycling down to the beach in warm sunshine to meet up with Tiggy and JoppaStrand for coffee....... finding JS in excellent spirits and almost totally recovered from his health scare..... laughing at Tiggy's reminiscences of life in Qatar......enjoying a scone in the heady knowledge that the calories should be burned off in the sprint back up the hill to home.

Happiness is ..........being in the company of friends.
