Nature's watercolour...............

We were walking the beach at sunset this evening. .
Every day for weeks I have been doing sunset shoots and there has been little if any colour.
Tonight we have an extra two kids staying as we are billeting two boys from England who are visiting our kids school for a rugby tour- so we had a total of 6 teens in the house.
We took them to Terrigal beach for a walk along the beach and were treated to the MOST AMAZING sunset. It went on for about 40 minutes and the colour was so incredibly intense....beauty beyond words.....and me with just an iPhone.
Crying buckets.....well not really.
This pic was taken before the sky really got going with colour but I LOVED the colour on the water and the way it looked like a watercolour painting. I loved the linear effect and that little ship on the horizon, so far away.
What a privilege to experience such beauty.
