Henderson Lawn entertainment

To work this morning but with all real attention focused towards the appointment with the orthopedic surgeon later in the afternoon. It was quiet in the lab as all hands on deck were required to count 400 tubes of tiny larvae. N collected me and we went to the clinic.
After a long, nervous wait the surgeon came in and we chatted. Its no running for 6 months but out of the boot as soon as I like (which was right then!). I get the stitches out next week and then I can swim.
Home and we decided to try the walk into town (about a mile). We decided to stop half way at a pub and then onto meet some friends at Henderson Lawn looking down towards The Lyric. After meeting up we enjoyed dinner and a couple of drinks before the 45 minute mile walk home - a great day!
