Zen

Lovely day today. Family swimming before lunch and a Disney film we hadn't seen before in the afternoon.

I found myself feeling quite positive today after getting back into the writing yesterday hence the topic of 'zen' and this image. It's actually the pattern on the voile of our lounge and I have absolutely no idea what the symbols say. They could be really negative things for all I know. If there is anyone who knows what they mean, feel free to let me know!
