Tree Bark

Saw this tree (not my normal one, but still on the school run) and just loved the way the shadows contrasted with the bark. Unfortunately, my camera didn't quite pick up the image how I saw it. After some slight processing in the GIMP (unsharpen mask and slight adjusting of contrast), the resulting image bears a closer resemblance to my first impression. Just wish I had taken along my film camera as well...
