Eigg

A wildlife boat trip to the stunning isle of Eigg today. Seals and seabirds spotted on the way across. There was a music festival on the island this weekend, so it was busy with lots going on, and we stopped at the snack tent for rolls and juice before taking a walk up the hill, hoping to go and look at some caves. However, the descent was too tricky and dangerous to try with small Bells, so we turned back for a trip to the little beach. Then back up to the festival for ice creams, beers and music.
We had rain on our return boat trip, but we did get to spot porpoises and all the kids made friends with the very patient skipper, Hector.
