green cocktails !

If you can't get hold of triple sec, and you need an orange liquor to make an orange and lemon cocktail (gin, triple sec, juice of a lemon, juice of an orange, ice), my advice would be to avoid Blue Bols!

The cocktails taste as good as they usually are, but the blue mixes with the orange to give a green colour. ;-)

Probably wouldn't make them green for guests, but after a hot afternoon (25-27C) getting jobs done around the house, it was a lovely refreshing drink before the BBQ.
