Ring-billed Gull

What a gorgeous day here today! 84 degrees---but no humidity---sunny & a stiff breeze off the Lake! Can't get much better than that! It was really busy at the Yacht Club this morning (& no, we're not members--we just park in their lot while we go for a walk! Ha!) Not too many boats going out by the time we got there, but tons of "foul" activity in the area! Must have been about 4 or 5 dozen assorted geese, ducks, gulls & pigeons, both on the beach & in the water! I think they've taken the area over & claimed it as their own, but that's okay with me, as it makes for great photo opportunities! I went with this picture of the gull, as I liked how the wind was blowing his feathers up! :))
